SHIPPING & RETURN

DELIVERY

We deliver within the EU and internationally. We will deliver you order by you through a courier or postal service to the delivery address that you have given us.

For EU orders delivery will be received within 2 – 6 working days. For other countries orders are delivered within 4-10 working days.

Shipping is free of charge for orders above €250. For orders under €250 the following charges apply:

NL - €8
EU - €15
Rest of world €25

All EU orders are shipped inclusive of duties and tax. No further costs are payable when you receive your order.
Please note that customs, duty and import fees (including tariffs and tax) may apply if your products are shipped to a destination outside of Europe. These charges are not included in the shipping cost. This means that we are responsible for transportation costs in the delivery of the products, but not for paying any fees relating to your product which are imposed at the destination.

SELF-COLLECTION

Self-collection and fitting in Amsterdam by prior arrangement.

Email us and we will arrange an appointment at a time convenient for you.

RETURN

If you decide to return a products because you have changed your mind, package up your return securely and send it by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage to track your parcel's progress. Wait for the return confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment.

When returning any product to us, you must take care to ensure that they are received by us and not damaged in transit. We ask that products are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

You must return the products set out below within 14 days of delivery and notify us. Please state your order number so that we can identify you order and process the return.

It will take up to 7 working days to process the return. If it's been longer, please contact us with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip. We will refund you the price you paid for the products in the same way you paid for it within 14 days of the return.
